March 2016: Three Amazing Things About You

Heyyyy Everyone,

Another month and another book review, and I am asking myself 'where has this author been all my life?' Her story telling is literally amazing. She had me hooked from start to finish and I’d say most the action didn’t actually start happening until the last quarter, but I still wasn’t able to put it down before. When I was reading this I became one of them weirdo’s that pulls a book out their bag every 30 seconds they get spare, even if it’s just to read a few more lines!

The book is about 3 different women and there very different love stories.. I know what you’re thinking, put that in my basket!! But the most amazing part of the story is the HUGE twist that brings them all together. I don’t want to give too much away but I’ve just checked the back of the book and I can say this without pushing it too far. One of the women has CF and she’s just about to be given the lung transplant she needs, the question is, who is giving them her..? DUH DUH DUHHH

I’ve just google’d Jill Mansell and interestingly most people that like her don’t like all of her work but just a select few books. However, I like to be the judge for myself, so as soon as I get home amazon will be getting a big order of just our Jills books!

I absolutely love the book swap shelves in hostels, not all hostels have them, so if you run or work at a hostel without a book swap shelf then sort it out!! It’s great to not really know what you’re about to read or where it has come from but trusting your fellow travellers!

Next month I am moving away from the love stories and I will be reading Fatal Voyage by Kathy Reichs. I’ve had a read of the back and it is a bit of a murder investigation / horror, can’t wait!!

Ciao EmmaJessica <3
