Fitness Blender Review

Heyyyy Everyone, 

My friend recently showed me an amazing YouTube channel for workouts. Not only is it an amazing workout but it is of course all free (no hefty gym membership costs!). 

It's called 'FitnessBlender' and there is something for everyone. They have 100's of different types of workouts. There's short videos that you can fit around your busy schedule or there's longer ones if you've got a bit more time on your hands. There are videos for beginners so don't worry if your just starting out and don't want anything too hard (I certainly can't handle anything harder than beginner). And best of all your able to do it from the comfort of your own home! 

My fave video so far is a kickboxing video because it works my arms and thats my least favourite part of my body.  I'm pretty busy at the moment so have just been fitting in short videos when I can, but once I have a bit more time on my hands I really want to try the 5 day workout challenge. My friend has just finished it and she said it targets different areas of the body each day so at the end of the 5 days you've had an all round workout. She said she enjoyed it, although it did kill her a bit. I'm sort of scared but also excited to try it. As I have work early tomorrow I am just going to get up 10 minutes earlier to fit in the squat challenge.. why don't you do it with me and let me know what you think...
